Job Search Process

  • Step 1 Registration

  • Step 2 Consultation

    Face to Face (Phone) meeting with a consultant to discuss your career plan & needs, work experience, and skills. Submit your resume and a consultant will offer tips on writing a professional resume.
  • Step 3 Job Opportunity

    We will provide job information matching to the candidate’s needs and career goal. If you are interested and agreed to proceed, we will contact the company to set up an interview.
  • Step 4 Interview Preparation

    If necessary, we will provide an interview preparation session. Consultant can offer some tips on how to present yourself in an interview.
  • Step 5 Job Offer

    When company is ready to offer a position, they will provide an “offer letter.” We will carefully screen information like working condition, compensation, and employee benefit and welfare. In case any concern arises, please feel free to let us know. We will clarify and negotiate with the client.
  • Step 6 Follow Up

    To ensure your success at your new position, please feel free to contact us when you encounter any problems especially during the first few months.

Our service is a results-focused that the fees will be only charged after a candidate is successfully placed.

Candidate Search Process

  • Step 1 Consultation

    We will visit or call your company for a detailed discussion on the position. If not already in place Terms and Condition will be confirmed at this point.
  • Step 2 Candidate Interview by MTA

    Our consultant will meet the candidate to discuss about the position considering experience, skill set, language proficiency, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Step 3 Arrange an Interview

    We will send resume/work experience to you. When a candidate pass the resume screening, we will proceed to set up a face-to-face interview.
  • Step 4 Follow Up

    During the interview process, our consultant will provide feedback/concerns to both client company and candidates. Our consultant will negotiate on behalf of candidate regarding working conditions, compensation, welfare, and overall contract.
  • Step 5 Placement

    When a candidate successfully starts to work, MTA will issue an invoice. In case a candidate leave the company for personal reasons with a certain period after hiring, a replacement and/or refund will be provided as per our Terms and Conditions.
  • Step 6 Aftercare

    Our work does not end with the introduction of talent to client companies but continues into providing aftercare services. In case any disagreement/dissatisfaction arise, please feel free to contact us. We will consult with a talent to seek solution to make things work and that both will be in satisfactory environment.
